Not received PRE-ORDER

<p>I am disappointed, disgusted, and utterly gutted with the service that TAKEALOT has displayed recently. I pre-ordered an item just over 2 weeks ago and was expecting delivery on the 29th of November 2016. I called customer service to enquire about the delivery tracking system, and they led me to believe that my items were being gathered at the warehouse and would be delivered on that day. Up until now i have still not received my package.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have called them a number of times, and each time a different person answers and gives me the same feedback as the previous person i had spoken to. This is extremely unprofessional, because i even made it clear to them that i was willing to pick my order up at the warehouse, but they even made that difficult for me, stating that i would have to order a new item, and still pay for the other one that is still yet to be delivered. To me that makes absolutely no sense. This company continues to show how uninterested they are to make their customers happy.</p> <p> </p> <p>They also came back to me what was holding things up, was the blue dot sale that took place for black friday, and also stated that they received more orders than what they aniticipated and thats what was causing the hickup with deliveries. My question is, if I pre-ordered my item 2 weeks before the Black Friday sale, how do I get my item last as opposed to everybody who ordered items way after me? what is the whole point of pre-ordering if i'm not able to secure my item on the day of release. It is just really frustrating that customer service says its being gathered in the warehouse, yet its been over 24 hours and has caused me major inconveniences, as ive had to wait at work, to have them still not show up. I am starting to believe that they do not have my product in stock.</p> <p> </p> <p>If i ever do receive the item, or if they ever do deliver, i will NO LONGER be purchasing items from TAKEALOT again. I would not recommend anybody else to either, because they have proven to me just how unreliable they can be.</p>
