not received my Order still to date

I ordered item at Takealot last week, every time they say my parcel is on the way to my house, but I never received my parcel to date. I contacted Takealot yesterday they confirmed that they hired a new driver who don’t know the place.so in this days we have GPS and Cellphone but I never receive a call from Takealot or any communication I must use my Airtime to contact them for update.
