Not ordering from takealot again

Payment was successful, all products in stock, next day collection. When I checked the following day for pick up notification the order payment said awaiting payment. I then paid again and then exstra R35 for delivery Tuesday 21 November. I again checked today and now my order will only be collected Sat Saturday when I needed it before. What is the point. Paid double Paid extra to receive stock next day and still nothing Lastly I missed out on item die to this website incompetence now I am have a shortage of floor interlock mats and can't buy it anywhere else in south
