Not open!!!

I am at the Takealot branch in Sandbaai, Herm**** to collect a parcel.

The website and notice on the door say that they close @17:00, yet they were closed when I got here @ 16:47.

I drove all the way here and they closed early. This is totally unacceptable.

They should now deliver my parcel to my front door.
