Not my problem

I ordered and paid for 2 books, the cheapest of the 2 had an additional 3 days lead time for delivery. Now I am being told that I cannot get a refund on the second book which they.now claim a 17day lead time on which I no longer want as I would never have places the order with that lead time!!! The book I want is ready for shipping tomorrow - why should I wait for 17 days before they will ship it???? I paid for it, their mistake is not my problem! Seriously furious!
