Not Impresssed at all - Order ***

I recently bought items and 1 of them was missing from the order received, when I raised it with them, they told me that they did deliver it. I order from them every second week because they are convenient and reliable to me. But in this case I was so disappointed especially for an item worth as little as R94 which was missing in the order. They took me to pillar to post and at the end Mogamat. F (takealot.com) told me that there's nothing they can do, their footage shows that it was packed. I asked them to send me the footage but they never did, Mogamat. F (takealot.com) I am more than welcome to approach Consumer Goods and Services Ombud. That is so disappointing, especially coming from Take a lot.
