Not impressed with Takealot

Orders *** and ***. I placed an order on the 15th Dec, everything showed stock. On 17 Dec I get a message to say my parcel will be delivered but 1 item will only be delivered 4 Jan 23. Then I get another message to say they have refunded me as they can't get stock. I then order something else on 21 Dec and pay for next day delivery. I get an sms to say parcel is out on delivery on 22 Dec. I then get another sms to say parcel lost in transit and replacement has been requested. I had to schedule this delivery to 27 Dec as we would only be home again on that date. I was so embarrassed as this was a Christmas present. I am very disappointed with the response I got when I sent an email to Takealot with regards to this.
