Not Impressed!!!!

I returned an item on the 06th of December and todays date is 09th of Feb- and that is it! Have not received my return back.

NOT IMPRESSED! Feedback is pathetic because then they say I'll receive the return in this week and then I wait another two weeks to get feedback.
