Not Impress

I return a TV as it is no longer working and it is still under guarantee. When the TV was collected the TV stand was not included. I understand the procedure but at least one can show some empathy towards your customer. The customer services lines DOES NOT WORK at all. Yesterday 21/6, the TV was brought back but send it back with the TV stand that was not included previously. I need someone to call me and to confirm it they have received TV and the TV stand. If you call centre is extremely busy at least you can a "call me back" option.
