Not honouring gaurentee of Electrical products

The organization does not honor guarantee of electric products. Motor of Phillips blender stopped working. Takealot comes back with a generic explanation that item was not used as specified. How they get to that conclusion without sending the faulty product to suppliers is beyond my understanding. Definitely not worth buying via Takealot, rather buy directly from manufacturer.
