Not honoring customers delivery reschedules.

I've have had to reschedule delivery of a order twice due to availability on my side. Second reschedule was for Monday. However I got a sms this morning to say delivery has been rescheduled for today and it's out for delivery. And now I can't reschedule again.so whats the point of a reschedule option if takealot don't honor that with customers.
