Not honoring contract- refuse to exchange or refund

<p>Bought a Ryobi mulcher through Takealot. Paid more than R3400 and was delivered.</p> <p>When trying to use it, saw it was the wrong mulcher for my application.</p> <p>Within three days contacted Takelot and mulcher was returned.</p> <p>Received a report that the lable was broken which was not the case. The ladle has a natural curve so that you can press the lucern in the top cutter. Was tpld that an orange knob was broken which was not the case.</p> <p>This is absolute horible service from takelot as they profes to have a return policy!</p> <p>As a consumer I have the right to return goods within 7 days. And I wanted it exchanged for the correct mulcher. </p>
