Not happy with their service

Not impressed with Takealot. Ordered pots, returned them and got a refund of R258 instead of the R859 paid. I also returned s****s and I haven’t received my refund. Takealot please fix it because it’s really frustrating! My reference number is MRRN-OZ9WM-PVNB.
