Not happy with the service rendered

I ordered and pay the ink for my brother machine on 2nd August 2021 and the delivery was expected on the 4th August. I informed the security at the gate to sign for my order on arrival since I was not available that day and the delivery address is to be delivered at my complex VILLA NIRVANA ESTATE, 34 VALLEY ROAD, GREENGATE, KRUGERSDORP, 1739. When i tracked my order it was delivered at 34 Valley Road of which its the number of the street. I kindly request takealot to track where my order is. My order number is ***5. I called take alot and I spoke with the following people: 1. Robyn L on the 6th August 2. Ebrahiem C on the 6th August. 3. Monique B on the 9th August and Tevin on the 11th August, the responses i received are Please allow me to reach out to the courier facility, to assist in what was discussed telephonically. As soon as we have feedback we will revert back to you. Kindly note, as per our telephonic discussion we are currently escalating your query tot he logistics department regarding the delivery of your order. Kindly allow me some time to escalate this to our order fulfillment for further assistance. I am not happy with these responses i have been waiting for my order for so long.
