Not happy with Takealot they don’t treat people nice now

What Takealot did to me I can only imagine worse the product is 16 thousand rand 😭😭😭 they just don’t care lately even communicating with is a hassle so last week on the 7th I logged in a exchange it was picked on the 10th I did like the colour and I haven’t been able to use my laptop 💻 due to the laptop technical error my due this laptop was ordered on the 24th of Feb and delivered on the 27th of February in 8 days I logged in a return they took my laptop and the decided to decline without if even emailing me the reason on the 13th they brought back the laptop without any notification I just got the box return DECLINED it less than 30 days and the laptop and I’m not happy with the laptop hence why I requested an EXCHANGE

You decide to bring it back without if notifying nor an explanation How what am I supposed to do now throw the laptop away in everything is still intact and taken care off but you guys decided to treat me like a dog you didn’t care to communicate the last part with me

You guys are now full with greed What you did yesterday is horrible
