Not happy with return policy

Very disappointed in the service from Takealot. Be very careful to check the return policy on the items you purchase because they not longer accept returns on certain items. Instead, one has to deal directly with the vendor who in our case has been absolutely useless. Takealot also reject negative reviews to avoid low ratings - I paid Takealot, why must I deal with the vendor?????
