Not happy with double payment

I placed an order and paid. Then I was informed that my order was cancelled because I hadn’t paid. So I placed the same order again and paid. Now both orders have been shipped and are arriving tomorrow. I see on my statements that I had in fact paid for both orders. And for some reason I was charged a different amount for the same order. I have alerted the website on three occasions and keep receiving the same generic response. I’m not sure what to do with the second order when it arrives. Will I ever get a response? Will I get a refund?
