NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Good day Kindly assist me, I have been waiting on my refund from payjustnow that takealot sent through payjust now after the sale was cancelled, the amount was sent to my payjust account and it was initially from my tymbank account when I paid takealot, upon my withdrawal, I found out there was no Tymbank and I used a family members account, (capitec) they advised they ave a hiccup (suspecting a ***** ) which is understandable, that was on the 2nd of January, till now I havent received my funds back to my payjust now account that the deducted from my tymbank. I dont owe payjustnow and I wanted to use it but they deducted on my account, cancelled the order immidiately but now the funds are nowhere to be found,I have been sending emails everyday, no responce not even an automated email, tried callig and no one picks up. I realy need to be assisted, even if its put back to my wallet.
