not happy at all

not happy client, I paid for my order on the 29/11/2024. On the 3rd of December i got an sms that my package will be delivered on the 3rd however never received it around 8pm a someone called asking for me to reschedule for the next day cause they were running late. I did that but on the 4th of December got an sms that the package was delivered and received by me which I did not. I called the same person that requested me to reschedule only she could say was she was sorry hope I will get it. I called the customer care and I was told it will be delivered before the end of the day today. Still waiting
