not happy at all

morning im not happy with Takealot this morning i ve been buying from Takealot the last 7 years and this is the thirst time this happen i got a call from someone and ask me if i ordered from Takealot because my ordered was delivered to them Alease they knew me and there's no way you can speak to Takealot what if my ordered got lost
