Not happy about the service

I ordered a Polaroid speaker, and they delivered the wrong brand. I logged a return, and they delivered the wrong brand again after two #***.

I don't understand why they keep delivering the wrong brand. This was supposed to be a present for a friend, and I had to buy another present since i wasn't going to attend a party empty handed.
