Not happy

I have been sitting here since 08h30...i explained to the guy that i need the parcel asap.. He,said they are waiting for a truck..the truck arrived at 09h00..he took my order number now telling me he has to receive everything first...i mean,its empty here..I'm the only waiting customer..couldn't he just sort me out so i can go and then continue with his job?
