Not Happy

Order #***6 Ordered 6 Oct 2019 Paid 6 Oct 2019 I am a regular customer with takealot and I do often have small issues but this is not that small to just let slide. what I odered : Hikvision 8 Channel Turbo DVR with 1TB HDD & 8 Cameras DIY CCTV Kit, Qty: 2 which costs R 8,790. I receieved this order but the DVR's were 4 channel instead of 8 channel DVR's. I took them back on 14 October 2019, Since then i've been calling and calling, I've been promised call backs but to no avail.
