Not happy

Hi

I would like to lodge a complant regarding your service with my order.

1. I tried for nearly 8 hours to do a payfast eft via my phone . I eventually had to phone and was told to do it via a pc , i did and it still didnt work . Again i had to phone and being gicen no satisfactory answer as to why payfast wasnt working i eventually had to place a cod order. 2. I ordered 2 different solar lamps but when i received my order you sent me 2 of the same without informing me . 3. I asked for a receipt and was told takealot dont give receipts instead i was told to go online and request an invoice not on the app but via a pc . What is the point of the app if you have to use a pc all the time.

Really not happy with your service ..one very unhappy customer
