Not good enough assistance from takealot (or any.....)

I have been trying to pay with my credit card for the last 3 orders. I have send numerous requests for assistance - but it could not be sorted. I also tried to pay via COD but I do not get the option. Tried phoning this morning - but nobody is answering the phone.
