Not good enough!!

For a big e-commerce company like Takealot to only have email support, is absolutely disgusting! At least have remote people sitting at home with whatsapp support. Consumers have the right to know where their orders are at any time. Its the year 2022 and COVID restrictions in South Africa have been lifted for 6months already.
