Not good

I have always been a loyal client of takealot, however i ordered 2 items from them middle November, received it on the 25th, it looked like it was put together by a child, it was returned on the 26th.1 item was correct but fell apart on opening the package, the other was totally incorrect. Until today after contacting them 4 times no refund or credit has been passed, each time its a warehouse problem, looks like the items cannot be found.
