Not getting alot from Takealot..

I've ordered quite a few items the last month or so and I'm not impressed on the service I received lately. I understand that Covid have hit the world by storm and that stock levels and availability isn't what it should be, but if a product is faulty I at least expect a Profesional and rapid reply from the guys and girls from takealot. I've experienced events where products was not delivered as advertised and when I enquired, no attempt was made to correct the problem... In another instance I ordered products and the products was delivered a whole week later than was promised... Overall I'm 'n fan of takealot in the variety of products they produce but the last few experiences I had was not good at all.. I truly hope they sort this problem out..
