NOT FEEDBACK IN TWO WEEKS

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>i have purchaced an item on takealot.com on the 2nd of January 2017 and returned it on the 6th of January 2017 as the product was faulty and didnt work. I aked for the product to be replaced.</p> <p>I have to received ANY communication from takealot.com till today, I have send takealot.com numerous emails asking whether they received my product, when i can expect feedback or my new product. Havent received any form of communication.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very frustrated as they dont have a contact number that i can phone, and clearly they dont read any of their emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>Would love if someone can help me.</p>
