Not eligible for return on out of box failure????

I buy a tremendous amount of stuff from Takealot, for personal and business purpose.

One of the recent orders were 2 wireless and 2 wired headsets. I've had the Nari Wireless for about a week or 2 before they were opened and were faulty out of the box. The other items worked fine. I logged a return request and got the answer Not eligible for return.

Now really what the hell, something is broken out of box and you tell me not eligible for return and good luck finding a number to phone them.

This is not the service I'm used to from you guys.
