not doing what they advetise

I am still waiting for a order that was plased on Monday to be delivered, my delivery address is 17km from the warehouse where I made sure they had it in stock before I odered. after phoning late tody (Tuesday), I was told that it would only be delivered on Friday, forcing me to go and buy the supplies at a other retailer and paying double. At the call center you get disconnected if you get transverred, and they cant cancel a order. I used to be a customer of takelot before the merge, but now you can empty my wishlist because I will never buy anything there again.
