Not delivering when they say they will

I bought two items from takealot. On the purchase e-mail the delivery date was 31/08/2017. They never delivered, I phoned them and they said it will be delivered on monday due to them changing courier services. Well today is monday and I still have not received my package and the excuse now is that they sent it to the wrong branch and can't tell me when it will be delivered. This is unacceptable.
