Not delivering the entire order

I had to wait 3 weeks for my Kinect order to arrive. My daughters couldn't wait for their dance game (Which is supposed to be included in the bundle) to be installed, but I received no download token??? As per your advert: Xbox ONE Kinect Sensor (XBox One) *Includes Dance Central Full Game Download Token* When are you going to give me my token?

Got a reply that they will get back to me shortly... Guess what? Nothing, just ignoring my followup mails. Judging by what I see here, they won't even bother.

Maybe it's time for some of us unhappy customers to go visit their Offices...
