Not Delivering On Time

<p>So, I had a delivery scheduled for delivery today. The Driver from Mr. D arrived at my office 14:40 to drop off the delivery, but at the time I was busy with a client and had asked reception to ask him to wait as I need to finish with the client first. He told me he would wait 10 minutes. So 14:49 I run down to reception to be told he has just left... I run outside running after the ****** delivery vehicle and off he goes.</p> <p> </p> <p>I call your call center and explain to them I need this items delivered by today. The first lady who helped me was very polite (I called around 15:05pm) she made an arrangement that the driver would bring the items to my office. It is now 16:24, and I have not heard a thing. I called the call center again and was told sorry we will then reschedule it for tomorrow. What part about I need those items by today do you not understand, Due to your driver not willin to wait a few minutes now I have the inconvenience of **** service from you and this is a first!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely upset!!!</p>
