NOT DELIVERING ON PROMISES

Ordered a running hydration pack (on Thursday) for my son and paid extra for a next day delivery (Friday) as we had 2 races over the weekend. Needless to say the delivery was only delivered on Tuesday (4 days late) after I had to complain. This led to a very unhappy kid and a very disappointed father. Just crediting me the extra fee I was charged for a next day delivery hardly improves the situation.
