Not delivering as promised

Worst service I received from takealot. This is the second week waiting for my delivery and because it was delivered at the wrong depot. Their consultant are will sweet talk you into believing that you will get help but same mistake keep repeating. When you order it says 3-5 working day. Today is day 14 but no parcel received
