Not Delivered but takealot says I signed for it.

So i ordered a package for same day delivery at my offices. They did not deliver but says they did and even that I signed for it. There is no option to tell them that it was not delivered there is no phone number they will give you. I had to find the phone number on another complaints website. This is honestly the most *****ic move you can make as an online shopping company. They just assume their packages are delivered to the right person, no verification of identity and no way for the actual recipient to say that it was not delivered. I dont know if they could not deliver on the same day and are trying to weasel out by using some underhanded methods, because I never had a problem in the past with them delivering to my company so why suddenly now? Honestly they could have just called and refunded the extra delivery cost and i would've been fine with it. Just a perfect example for any service delivery in SA these days.
