Not delivered at stipulated time

My takealot delivery was scheduled for Thursday 30th Nov by 5pm and the parcel was never delivered. Mind you i took leave so that when they deliver the parcel im at home. But they never came. They sent another sms saying it will be scheduled for 1st Dec before 12pm, but the driver only called around 1.30pm and i was at work this day. So i called Takealot (Spoke to Sizeka) to ask if i cant collect if from the warehouse. She mentioned that i can also collect if from the branch which is closer to me in Tygervalley. She said she will contact me again. The driver calls me (Vincent) and i tell him Im not at home as i was expecting the delivery the previous day, so i tell him to drop the parcel at the branch as im going to collect it. because the agent said i can collect it from there. time goes and i call takealot again and i spoke to Siphokazi, she said she will send me the address of the branch but im still waiting for it. I call again when i get home and i spoke to some coloured guy, forgot his name. he tells me all sorts of stories that the parcel will be delivered on monday. I tell him im going to use my luggage for this weekend. SO TELL ME TAKEALOT WHAT MUST I DO NOW, I NEED MY PARCEL AS IN ASAP. ITS NOT MY PROBLEM YOU DID NOT DELIVER IT YESTERDAY. IF I DONT GET MY PARCEL THIS WEEKEND I AM GOING TO TAKE THIS FURTHER. iVE HAD ENOUGH, I WONT CALL YOU AGAIN. IM SO ANGRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYYYY.
