Not credited my money for the wrong items delivered

Ordered an iPhone earphone adapter that didn’t work and a phone Screen cover for an iPhone 8plus but they delivered a smaller item and logged a return and took the item to the chosen takealot but after the process they only credited me for the earphone adapter and not the screen protector. On their app as I log on to check it says cancelled…!!! On what ground? My order description was correct and even on their parcel it said iPhone 7/8plus screen protector but the actual item was for a smaller phone and they can’t give me my money back!!! It’s their fault and not mine and I should not even be liable for a delivery payment as they didn’t credit me that amount when they credited me for the earphone adapter. This is pathetic after trusting Takealot for so long without any disappointments but now they just revealed the not so trustworthy side of their business dealings
