Not collecting Return

<p>In the past i received 5 star treatment with my orders. They always arrived on the scheduled day. The problem is with returns. There is no sms notification of when a return will be collected. I queried online and recievd a response on the scheduled date of collection but that never happened. I was informed via email that it was cancelled becasue the courier could not get hold of me. I was futher informed that becasue my profile did not have my contact number they could not get hold of me. This is odd becasue when deliveries are made the thrird party courier always call me on my cell phone to open the gate.</p> <p> </p> <p>None the less, I had to log a new return. The item was meant to be collected yesterday but nothing happened. My husband stayed at home the whole day so that he could not miss the courier but still no one came to collect. I even informed the contact center that there was a delivery scheduled for Wednesday and I was intructed not to give the item to that person as another courier would come the following day. From a cost saving perspective one would think that if a courier is at the door step they can do both delivery and collection but this does not apply to Takealot. </p> <p> </p> <p>Its Friday and still no collection. This is really bad service becasue now I have the impression that they do not want to collect the item. I have not been been given a solution. I ahve not been given a new collection date. I feel that I am in limbo. Please , Please resolve this issue. </p> <p> </p> <p>Disgruntled customer...</p>
