Not as honest as they say they are.

I bought two wearable breast pumps on takealot, which is a non returnable item. However I received one of the pumps not working. There return policy on this states there will be exceptions if product was received damaged etc. Same day a return was logged. Upon receiving they denied a replacement. I understand it being a non returnable item esp if you have used it. But I have not. Was received damaged and was logged that same day. I did not ask for a refund. I only asked for a replacement that actually works so that my money does not go it waste.
