Not as good as always

Over a week ago I logged 2 items for return for different reasons. I often shop on takalot as they are generally good, but after contacting them twice after this, they are still not able to provide me with a collection date for the items so that I can return them RRN-04b1-fc67 and RRN-d75e-87cc Please assit as their is no effective way to contact them directly, I had to take this to hellopeter
