Not as expected

So I ordered a few textbooks which I urgently need for college and one of the textbooks i have received is not as I would expect from takealot

The textbook is dirty, it has dirty finger prints on it, and the corners are bent

I love using takealot but this is just not the quality I expect from them

I would have the textbook replaced or refunded, But I need the book urgently for studies so I can't waste the time of the return process
