Not all items received

I bought 3 items and only received 1 my purchase was COD and I paid the full amount for all 3 items now I do t get any feedback for when I'm going to receive the remaining 2 items....

The lady who delivered it Virginia for Norwood branch said the lady told her there was only 1 parcel?????

Please advise
