Not all items in box and box was open very unhappy

Received my dog grooming set this morning packed and sealed in the brown box HOWEVER the grooming set BOX WAS OPEN NOT SEALED AND THERE WAS A COMB, CLIPPER ETC MISSING FROM THE PARCEL not at all as per the items on the advert . I tried all over to contact their office but all mails return. This is very disappointing. I can say 99% that somebody opened the box and removed some items from the box before it was packed for delivery.

This is my second grooming set and I know how it normally looks.
