Not Again :-)

<p>So i ordered another item from takealot, the delivery day statet 28th of October 2016, thus the reason for me ordering the product, this morning i checked to see when my delivery will arrive only to find that the date has been moved to the 11th of November, i actually have proof of this, i took a screenshot, because of previous issues.so i got upset and requested cancellation so that i can purchase it elsewhere but now i cant cancel, i need urget assistance to either have the item delivered or to give me a refund today.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you </p>
