Not able to make contact with Takealot

How does one get hold of Takealot when there is a problem. It is absolutely ridiculous that you cannot phone anyone - as when completing the help form you get some stupid automated response that doesn't help you.

I was due for a delivery yesterday according to my order, this date is still reflected on the app. Says it has been shipped to the courier company and that's it - no further communications received. Where is the products I have ordered and paid for??????? At least update your app with the correct information to manage client expectations - absolutely pathetic!!!
