Not able to complete Payment Process and still not sorted by TakeALot

Only use my computer & on Black Friday wasn't able to access the site for whatever reason. Yesterday accessed withouth a problem & was only able to buy the 1 item still at the reduced R's but not able to complete the payment "takealot.paygate.co.za took to long to respond". Notified TakeALot with snippets & still unable to process payment but receive notifications that payment is outstanding. TakeALot should check out HelloPeter & view various customer dissatisfation issues.
