Not a happy with what takealot take care of their return policy

I never thought I will be here becouse of how takealot is treating me on the return I've log 2 weeks back coz I used to recommend almost everyone around me to try takealot coz of the service I've received when purchasing my item not knowing that everything changes when it's their time to replace the item that is still under warranty. I've logged a return on an item that one uses on a daily basis 3 weeks back up until now I am still waiting when I try to call them they keep telling me that the matter is out of their hands is with the supply with no feedback. And each time I call they will just tell me that they will fast track with the supply but they failing to give me service that I deserve as a customer coz if they can't fix their product that's under warranty they should simply replace that but then I don't know. Up until today I don't get any feedback if I didn't call them. So if u out they u want to buy something that u know it comes with a warranty be warn that if ur item get faulty u must be ready to camp in order for you to get it back coz clearly they don't care to replace something that's under warranty but they gonna make u wait until u decide to buy another one. Lesson learned for future not to trust their online service coz if it was the other retail shops they would've replaced or fixed long ago. The lady told me straight that I will have to be strong coz the item is still gonna take more than 20days in regardless that I use it everyday or what coz that's is non of their business
