NOOOOOOO service!

Summary of my nightmare with Takealot. 1. I order a luggage set 1 week ago. 2. On Wed 8 Jan, I receive an e-mail that my order is ready for collection. 3. I arrive 2 hours later at their DC. After waiting 40 min in the queue, they are unable to locate my order... During this 40 min I need to sit and look at how their consultants chew gum with an open mouth (desk 9). 4. On my way home, I call their call centre. I am advised that my account will be credited. 5. I log on and want to order a new luggage set. Only to see that NO credit on my account processed. 6. I call their call centre again... They cant see ANY notes of my previous interactions. 7. I continue to process my order and pay AGAIN! 8. I am leaving for Hong Kong on Sat, I need those suit cases TODAY!
